When you place an order on orvaken.com, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is confirmed when you receive an email confirmation from us. We accept payment via major Korean credit and debit cards, KakaoPay, NaverPay, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, or product unavailability.
Physical game copies are dispatched from our Seoul warehouse. Estimated delivery times:
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Orvaken is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or circumstances beyond our control.
Digital game keys are delivered to your registered email address within 5–30 minutes of payment confirmation during business hours. Once a digital key has been delivered and activated, it is non-refundable. You are responsible for keeping your key secure after receipt.
